Hi, I am Rachél (sounds like Rah-shel).
I am Creative at heart.
Early in life, I discovered the transformative power of creativity and have set out to help others tap into their own creative treasures as a source for personal growth.
I believe creativity always finds a way!
I began my love of creativity on the stage as an actress, dancer, and drummer. I moved into writing and performing poetry. But along the way, I discovered visual art after inheriting my mother’s art supplies in my early 20’s. I used those early brushes and paint to tip-toe into the world of visual expression. My life has never been the same.
I wasn’t a great artist…
but I soon learned I didn’t need to be. Simple lines and scribbles could move me to tears or laughter. Over the years, I have embraced this kind of personal, transformative expression as my favorite kind of creativity. When I show up to the page or the canvas, I am showing up to the deepest parts of myself.

I am inspired by witnessing others dipping into their inner worlds. I am a sacred space holder. I create virtual containers… studios of the creative spirit…. for you to know yourself better.
