Our fulfillment partner, Vervante, handles the printing and shipping of many physical items.

4. Products and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped primarily through Vervante, our trusted production and distribution partner.

Processing times may vary, and estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Each Sacred Creatives Art Oracle Deck is printed and shipped with care by my fulfillment partner, Vervante. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Vervante at customerservice@vervante.com within 7 days for a replacement.

For other returns, please email hello@rachelpaynecreative] within 14 days of delivery. Returned decks, when in original condition, are refunded (minus shipping) and repurposed for creative blessings and community offerings.

Refunds for classes or events are available only if the event is canceled by Rachél Payne Creative.

6. Classes, Workshops, and Events

Our classes and gatherings — both online and in person — are offered as experiences of creative exploration, education, and community connection.

By registering for a class or event, you acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

• Rachél Payne Creative is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.

• Class materials (recordings, PDFs, or exercises) are for your personal use only.

• Recordings may be made of live online sessions for educational or promotional purposes, and participation constitutes consent unless otherwise stated.

Refunds for classes or events are available only if the event is canceled by Rachél Payne Creative.

7. Digital Content and Downloads

Digital items (such as PDFs, audio, or video materials) are delivered electronically after purchase.
All sales of digital content are final.
These materials are for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.
